With almost 20 years’ experience in the business sector – in accounting and human resources field, I realized the importance of the human element in all types of businesses and thus, I chose to pursue both a bachelor’s (Organizational Behavior & HRM) and a master’s degree (Strategic HRM) in this additionally to my accounting & auditing degree.

HR and HRD are my passions where quality, development, and people solutions represent the elements that meet my professional and life standards. I am a strong supporter of knowledge management and one of my beliefs is that several minds are better than one and thus, I strongly believe in and support teamwork, constant communication, solidarity, and development.

I am specialized in strategic design and optimization of talent management, workforce analysis & mapping, job analysis & grading, employer branding, talent acquisition, employees’ relations, people analytics, and employees’ training & development practices in the industries of aluminium, education, FMCG, mining & automobile.

The last 10 years either as an inhouse professional or consultant, I had the opportunity to experience the aforementioned both in the Greek and Swedish market from various positions: as HR manager, Org.Developer manager, Org.Developer officer, HR specialist and HR generalist.

I enjoy hiking in nature, reading business literature and stretch my limits in martial arts.
